How do I order online?

  • To order the wet bags, you need to select the size, oo-de-poo scent, and fabric from the drop-down menu. Then click on Add Cart and it will take you to PayPal to show the items in shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping just click the Continue Shopping button.

Can I order by mail?

  • We will have a mail order form on the site very soon!

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • I accept Paypal, which you can pay by using a credit card or eCheck. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay using this method.

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?

  • Yes, although I will wait until the check clears before I ship the items.

Can I pay with a credit card over the telephone?

  • Unfortunately, at this time we are not set-up to take credit card payments over the phone.




When will my order be shipped?

  • Our products are made by hand, not mass-produced. Please allow us a little extra turn-around time to make sure everything we create for you is perfect. Items will be shipped on Mondays, so as soon as your product is prepared for you, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?

  • Orders are normally received within one week of shipping. Orders are shipped on the first Monday after their completion.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

What shipping method(s) do you use?

  • Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

What are your rates for Shipping and Handling?

  • Each order has a handling charge of $1.50 added. This amount remains constant regardless of how many items your order contains.
  • Our shipping charges are based solely on the item's weight. To destinations within the United States these can be estimated as follows :
    • Oils, Boo-Boo Belly Bands, and Poop-de-Doo Poo Bags cost $0.75 each to ship to the US
    • Cat Toys and Treats cost $0.25 each to ship.
    • Hot Spot Powders cost $0.15 each to ship, and so on
  • We are happy to accommodate special expedited mailing, please contact us to make arrangements.

Can I pay extra to add insurance or delivery confirmation to my order?

  • Yes, please contact us for rates.

Can I pick up my order if I live in Minnesota?

  • Certainly! We'd be happy to meet you!





I live in Minnesota. Do I have to pay sales tax?

  • Yes, Minnesota residents will be charged 6.875% sales tax on their purchases.

How much tax do I have to pay on my order?

  • Minnesota residents will be charged 6.875% sales tax on their purchases.

Will I owe sales tax if I am not a Minnesota resident?

  • Residents of states other than Minnesota will not be charged sales tax on their purchases.




If I am not happy with the product, can I return it for a full refund?

  • Critters and All wants all of our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with any Critters and All products, please contact us and we will cheerfully resolve your concern. Since most of our items are not able to be re-used due to health reasons, please make sure your sizes and fabric choices are correct when ordering.
